Financial Aid documents for students attending Cloud County Community College during the Fall 2024 through Summer 2025 semesters:

You will receive an email from finaid@cloud.edu notifying you of any forms or documents that we require to complete your Financial Aid file. You may then receive a follow-up email with instructions regarding how to complete specific forms utilizing DocuSign.

If you have been selected for the V4 or V5 Verification process requiring identity verification, you must visit the Financial Aid Office on the Concordia campus or Student Services Center on the Geary County campus to provide a valid government-issued identification in person. If you are unable to appear in person on either campus, you may complete the V4 or V5 Verification Worksheet with a licensed notary who must then send CCCC the complete worksheet and copy of your valid ID to finaid@cloud.edu. Please contact our office if you need to utilize the notary option.

DocuSign links for these forms can be accessed by logging into your iCloud account under Students - Financial Aid - Financial Aid Document Tracking: Loan Request, SAP Appeal, Federal Work Study Direct Deposit Form, and Graduate Degree Verification Form.

Federal Work Study (FWS): Pick up an application in person at either the Financial Aid Office on the Concordia Campus or Student Services Center on the Geary County Campus.

Transcripts: All transcripts must be sent by the school directly to the CCCC Admissions Office. For Financial Aid purposes, high school transcripts must include the Graduation Date. Prior college transcripts must include all final grades with no "in progress" courses.

Other Requested Documentation: We may request documentation to verify certain circumstances. You may send the appropriate paperwork to finaid@cloud.edu or request that we send you a DocuSign link to upload documents that include sensitive data such as a Social Security Number. Examples of documentation we may request include Legal Guardianship, Ward of the Court, Emancipated Minor, Deceased Parents, Veteran Status, Unaccompanied Homeless or At Risk of Homelessness, 2022 Tax Return or Transcript.

If you indicated that you have Unusual Circumstances on your 2024-2025 FAFSA, we will reach out to you for further information and will take the appropriate action from there. Please see our Professional Judgment webpage for more details.
